Earnest Phelps Holcomb, first born of Mr. and Mrs. Harry
Holcomb, of Rose Street, died of gastric fever Saturday evening, April
30th. A beautiful babe called thus early to the loving arms of the
Great Father, while the parents mourn as those that cannot be comforted.
Funeral services were held at the house Monday afternoon, Rev. A. Ethridge
officiating.
