Mother of Prof. F. J. Toland Dies on Sunday Morning
Mrs. A. A. Fitch, mother of Prof. F. J. Toland, died at the residence of Prof. Toland, on the east side, of apoplexy, Sunday morning, aged 68 years. She had been in failing health and was on a visit to her son in hopes of improvement. Her body was taken to Burlington, Iowa, this morning, where she will be buried tomorrow. Mrs. Fitch was a lady of a loveable disposition and her loss is deeply felt by her son.
