We have heard the melacholy intelligence of the death of MR. BURNS, at LaSalle, on Monday. He fell from a canal boat, and while swimming to the shore was probably attacked with the cramp, and sunk immediately. Mr. Burns was a volunteer in the Quincy company, and was in every respects quite a promising young man. He has for the past year been opening a farm near Lost Grove - Peru Tel.
