FRANK BUTTERFIELD, a resident of Ottawa a number of years ago, and for the last ten or twelve years a resident of Parsons, Kansas, died in that city on the 5th inst. He was the last of the Butterfield family which was so prominent at Prairie Center and vicinity. Mrs. E. Howland and Mrs. Sarah Palmer, of this city, are nieces, and C. C. Butterfield is a nephew of the deceased. He was about 80 years of age.
